Note: As this belt does not rely on fixed hole positions, the exact tightness is adjusted based on the user’s personal feel rather than visible markers.

This internalized structure provides stable fixation while maintaining durability under heavy loads.

Usage Characteristics

Due to the structure, there is a difference in stiffness between the buckle area and the leather.

In movements with deep hip flexion—such as squats or conventional deadlifts—the rear portion of the belt may tend to shift upward.

In most cases, this can be mitigated by tightening the belt firmly before lifting.

Recommended Training Applications

This belt performs particularly well in movements with less hip flexion, such as wide-stance (sumo-style) deadlifts, where the micro-adjustment capability provides excellent stability and support.
