ONI Combo Rack – IPF Approved Competition Squat & Bench Press Rack
ONI BUKIYA
Regular price ¥428,450
Engineered by a Former Japanese National Powerlifting Champion
A competition-grade combo rack designed to help you unlock your full potential—especially when chasing a new bench press personal record.
The ONI Combo Rack incorporates years of competitive experience and meticulous attention to the details that matter most on the platform.
Every component has been carefully engineered to help powerlifters maximize their performance in both the bench press and squat.
What Is a Combo Rack?
A combo rack is a versatile piece of powerlifting equipment that functions as both a bench press rack and a squat rack.
Simply install the removable bench for bench pressing or remove it to convert the unit into a squat rack.
Video correction: The height adjustment increment shown as 1 cm should read 1 inch.
Built for Lifters. Engineered for Peak Performance.
The ONI Combo Rack is packed with competition-focused features designed to help athletes perform at their best.
1. Precision 1-Inch Height Adjustments with Easy Lever-Jack Operation
Unlike conventional power racks, which typically offer height adjustment increments of 5–10 cm, the ONI Combo Rack features precise 1-inch (approximately 2.5 cm) increments.
This competition-standard adjustment spacing allows lifters of different heights and builds to achieve their optimal rack position.
The included lever jacks make height adjustments quick and convenient, even with a loaded barbell resting on the rack.
This makes the ONI Combo Rack particularly suitable for competitions, commercial gyms, and training environments where multiple athletes share the same equipment.
2. Low-Profile J-Hooks for Effortless Unracking
The ONI Combo Rack features exceptionally shallow J-hooks, with a front lip measuring just 8 mm in height.
For comparison:
-
ONI: 8 mm
-
ELEIKO: 11 mm
-
BULL: 13 mm
Compared with other IPF-approved racks, the lower hook profile makes unracking significantly easier.
The hook ends also feature a straight profile rather than an upward bend, reducing interference with the barbell even when using a diagonal unracking path during the bench press.
3. Dual-Density Cushioned Bench Pad for Heavy Bench Pressing
Bench pad design plays a crucial role in maximizing bench press performance.
Three important factors are bench height, cushioning, and surface grip.
The ONI Combo Rack has been designed with these factors in mind.
Competition-Maximum Bench Height
The bench height is designed around the 45 cm maximum permitted under powerlifting competition rules, helping lifters achieve a favorable pressing position.
Specially Designed Dual-Density Foam
The bench pad combines soft and firm foam layers in a proprietary dual-density construction.
Although the cushioning layer is approximately 3 cm thick, this construction allows the shoulders to sink into the pad, naturally creating a pressing angle similar to that of a decline bench.
The resulting body position is designed to help lifters generate maximum pressing performance.
High-Grip, Non-Slip Upholstery
The bench pad is covered with a high-traction material that minimizes unwanted movement.
This helps maintain a stable upper-body position throughout the lift, even when handling heavy weights.
4. Handle-Operated Rack-In / Rack-Out Adjustment System
The ONI Combo Rack features a unique handle-operated mechanism for switching between rack-in and rack-out positions.
Simply rotate the handles to adjust the position of the uprights.
This competition-oriented design makes rack adjustments straightforward and convenient for athletes and spotters.
Proven in Official Competitions
The ONI Combo Rack has been used in numerous official powerlifting and bench press competitions.
